Feast of San Leonardo Abate in Panza, on the island of Ischia

Six days of patron saint celebrations in the village above Forio: lights, the saint's procession, concerts in the square and stalls selling roast chestnuts. It's a proper village feast, not aimed at tourists, and in November the island is quiet and cheap. Ferry to Forio from Naples, then the CS bus to Panza.
