Under the Art Nouveau iron canopy of the town’s covered market, only small producers from the Sorrento peninsula sell bread, olive oil, cheese, eggs, preserves and vegetables picked the day before. At 11am there is a free tasting workshop on the product of the month, and it is worth staying for.
