The former military hospital at the top of the Quartieri Spagnoli, now La Santissima, opens on Halloween night with Dreamers and Aperistorico and live music from Antonia Visconti, Salotto Italiano and Stefano Esposito. It's free, the Eventbrite booking is only needed to get in before 10pm.
